The Poetry Pot

I am still deciding what to do with this album. It was released in 2006 and contains many strong and creative songs. I was at a very creative period in my life and consolidating lots of emotional events. Pencil sketch of The Poetry Pot Cover. It depicts a
bathroom with David Mackin's face at the bottom of the
              toilet.

It is a rather eclectic mix of styles ranging from electronic to folk and jazz. It was originally inspired by the works of some of my favourite poets. Titles and concepts of these poems inspired the directions of the songs; such as Byron's 'She Walks In Beauty'. The album also features Jasper and Moonstone which I am very proud of and Moonbeams and Fairytales that does have a video available on this website.

Potential Re-Release

I will eventually re-releaase the album possibly when I finish recording The Ring Of Gullion. As you can see, I am still pondering about what to do with it but when it does resurface it will be spectacular.
